Unfortunately, you downloaded the *source* rpm. If you look in
/usr/src/RPM/SPECS, you will see an openssh.spec file. If you really
want to rebuild it yourself, execute "rpm -bb --rmsource --rmspec
openssh.spec" and compile it, then "rpm -Fvh ../RPMS/i586/openssh*".
Otherwise, you could try downloading the files in the RPMS/ directory,
not the SRPMS/ directory (ie. download the pre-compiled packages that
everyone else is downloading).
