    Its not the CPU im worried about.. it wont let me install 8.2 or even 8.0
    because it says you need a minimum of 32MB ram, this being such an old
    machine.. its kitted with as many 8MB edo sticks i can find and still only
    got twenty-something MB in it. I would upgrade the ram if i could but i cant
    so i wont - another alternative is needed.
