GPL does not require one to distribute the software to you. All that it
requires is that those who receive the software have the right to
distribute it, all that receive binaries have the right to the source,
and that all who have the source have the right to hack on it and
make/distribute derived works. There is nothing Mandrake can do to stop
Club members from passing on Club RPMS to non-members.
