well hi everyone

i am using mandrake 9.1
ethernet card realtek 8139 kernel module 8139too
network connection leased line..
i am behind cisco router 1750 in a switched ethernet LAN..
direct connection to net.. i am able to ping the gateway also....
while accessing the site www.hotmail.com... i am facing a problem wirt discussion that i am unable to solve till date...
the problem is
on accessing hotmail.com... the logging page opens...once you key in your username and password and click sign in...the blank page appears...the security certificate warning appears
"You are about to leave secure mode. Transmissions will no longer be encrypted.
This means that a third party could observe your data in transit."
and there are two options continue and cancel
on clicking continue..the blank page stays there and afteAn error occured while loading r some thime the following error appears...

i have tested it using RH 7.3 RH 8 and Mandrake 9.1 ...
still unable to figure out what could be the problem..
any help in this regard is appriciated..
