check /etc/urpmi/skip.list
you want everything you dont want to automatically update added in here,
certain packages are known to have issues when updated by themselves,
iptables, kernel, glibc ...
if your going for the auto-updating trick i sent in earlier i would add
to this list to prevent breakage, this doesnt mean forget about the box
it just means when these packages need upgrading its better done with
all hands on deck so if and when something goes badly you know about it.
