It means you don't have the key on your keyring (or imported into rpm if
you're using LM 9.2). See man gpg and man rpm for additional details.
The PLF key is at http://plf.zarb.org/plf.asc. Keys for the contrib
packages -- if they're signed at all -- can be harder to find, since
you're dealing with several different maintainers. I've never found any
keys on a public server, but I have picked up a couple from sigs on the
cooker mailing list. If anyone knows of a more convenient method, I'd
love to hear about it.
