I think I meant to say that Vincent has the deciding vote about what's
considered on topic and what is not. If you want to discuss that, it would
at least be polite to request permission to discuss that on this list and
start a new thread with an appropriate subject.

hmm, I apologise for that remark, but I do mean the gist of it. And now _I_
am guilty of feeding the troll too :-(

I really can't stand it when people don't respect the confines of a
mailinglist topic, especially after this has been pointed out to them.
