I've managed to keep my mail account almost entirely spam free for quite
a while. I run Postfix on my server too, it's easy to block spam on it.
There's certainly no excuse for the amount of junk that's coming through
your server right now. The irony is that this is supposed to be a
security mailing list, you're supposed to know how to stop this.

And why should it be bounced to you? Your mailserver should just reject
it on sight. Something about your setup smells wrong...
