I'm no postfix expert (sendmail still serves me well ;-)) but there are
two things I can think of: - did you do a makemap to generate the hash
database after you changed /etc/postfix/transport? (makemap hash
/etc/postfix/transport.db < /etc/mail/transport)

                           - Did you check the firewall log
(/var/log/firewall on SuSE) for refused connections?
