it's a windoze packet... port 137 is netbios-ns. furthermore, looks like the
packet got messed with or screwed up somehow, or windoze us screwing things
up again. you are also logging the input queue. unless you use samba, it is
safe to add rules to DENY ports 137-139 as source or destination.
