    I don't think this is a security question. Please post to another group.
    Anyway, as I am already writing: Where do you have multiple IP's? On the
    linux box? I assume so. Then you can ping, only if you set the right routes
    on your router! (Basic networking!!!)

    I don't see the point of your question?
