I had the same problem. When I installed gpg 1.2.1 into /usr/local/bin/gpg,
yast2 still searched the gpg-executable under /usr/bin/gpg. A solution is to
create a symlink to /usr/bin/gpg (ln -s /usr/local/bin/gpg /usr/bin/gpg) (as
root).
