Errr, Roman Drahtmueller usually announces to this list
when SuSE will discontiue making security patches availablable.

I agree that SuSE is on approximately a two year product cycle,
but there is usually a grace period of a month or two after a
new distro is released so people can make an orderly transition.

Example: 9.0 came out in late September, 2003,
and 7.3 was discontinued mid-November, 2003.

Even so, might be time to think about what
you are going to switch too..(9.0, or wait for 9.1)
(9.0 seems pretty stable, might be a good choice.)
