Yeah, we use the same configuration in our company and it works fine.
You can also allow some sites to reach by IE (but I don't recomment it :-)
But I have a warning!
If you have users in your network with administration rights on their
computers (which I also don't recomment) they are able to make IE
announce another browser name in their http communication to get through
