[suse-security] Strange FTP logins

Hello list.
In LogWatch raport I found some succsessful logins to "anonymous" FTP
account from different IP addresses.
It is very strange because vsftpd.conf should reject this logins:
anonymous_enable=NO
Server is SuSE 8.2 Pro and vsftpd-1.1.3-37
