    Hi all,

    I have implemented an OPC Server and Client for a SCADA system
    ( C++, NT 4.0 ).The Server is implemented as a remote server and
    runs on a seperate machine.
    Whenever the client senses a connection loss with server it tries
    to release all server interfaces it gets stuck up for 6 minutes or even
    more which is not acceptable in a control system.
    How can I reduce this timeout to a minimum ?
