    Steve

Thank you very much for your reply.

My Windows CE 3.0 device is not a PocketPC but a custom made PC/AT
    compatible.
On Windows CE Platform builder 3.0, I confirmed that a Platform
    Settings-sysgen-Sysgen settings,
    "Include DCOM support" is checked.
In the component view, I can look at,
    DCOM Modules folder that contains
dcomssd, dllhost, ole32( decomole), oleaut32, rpcltccm, rpcltscm, rpcrt4,
    uuid.

Anyway, I ran MyDeviceClient.exe and MyDeviceServer.exe on my Win CE 3.0
    device
with MyDeviceProxy.dll installed and I always got an error at a call of
    CoCreateInstance issued by MyDeviceClient.exe.
I splitted CoCreateInstance call into CoGetClassObject and CreateInstance of
    IClassFactory.
In this case CoGetClassObject returns no error and CreateInstance returnes,
    "Interface not registered (0x80040155)".
I'm sure that my registry setting is OK.
The MyDeviceServer.exe is responding queries issued by COM.
    Those responses seem quite normal.

    Best regards
    Bunpei Matoba
