I do not know what to say more about... Otherwise that the problem seems to
be localized towards the client application. When I set the member variable
pwszName from the COSERVERINFO structure, the CoCreateInstanceEx function
fails when I used the IP address of the server with a registration as
server (MyServerName.exe /regserver) for my DCOM server and the same
function succeeds when I used the Network name with the same registration
for my DCOM server. If I registered my DCOM server as NT Service
(MyServerName.exe /service), I can use the IP address or the Network name
without any difficulties.
