Why an I getting this error?

DCOM is configured correctly
DNS is correct
User is an admin on remote server

This object works fine on other servers, and it did work fine before I
renamed the server and moved it to a new domain. Do I need to do something
to DCOM after I rename the server? I removed MTS, reinstalled MTS, Added NT4
SP6a and the object still fails on the client. Any Ideas?

On my development box, whenever I try to access the packages I get the error
that the system package is unavailable.
