    Another way is:
    1. Attach to process from Build->Start Debug->Attach to Process.
    2. Under NT in Task Manager right click on the process and select Debug.

    You might need to Start you Out Of Process server from the Start menu with Run and then put /Automation as the command line option of your server. This will start it and you will be able to intercept the process in one of the 2 ways specified above. Then you can put your break points where you like.
