    Grant launch/access permissions to the IWAM_MACHINE account. I'm assuming
    your ASP app is configured with at least medium isolation. If it is
    inproc/low isolation, you'll need to grant access to the IUSR_MACHINE
    account.

    Also, configure the server to run as a distinguished principal. This won't
    fix your problem, but it is nearly always the best practice.
