Strange it may seem, I experienced this when I had crystal reports
installed on the machine. Do you have any such issue

         Thanks for your feedback. The "SQLDriverConnect" api is
returning
false. I am using two dirvers. Microsoft's and Oracle's ODBC dirvers.
With
Microsoft's driver, it shows "SQLSetConnectAttr" error. In the case of
Oracle driver, "SQLDriverConnect" will not return.

              One more thing, you may be knowing that there is odbctest
program along with oracle client module. That program is not
consistentally
working. It connect sometimes. I still wonders why the odbc test program
connects in some cases. I am testing with same DSN . Is there any
problems
with routing
