From a programmer's perspective, I think XP Home has all the same features.
From a user's perspective, I notice that both XP Home and XP Pro are set
up with "Win98-style security". That is, the (one and only) user is an
administrator, "security" tabs are missing from the property sheets of
things like file shares, there's no proper logon...
