Thanks. I have seen it. It asks ppl to configure server as "Run As user". I can not do this, because System account is necessary in my case. I also can not see this advise as basic condition in "Turning off security" in COM SDK docs.
Second, I can also not call CoIntializeEx() or CoInitializeSecurity() ast server, as they have been already called by COM. But I have made sure that the server's COM object has been configured to run with no authentical level.
