comprehensive - ATL Internals by Chris Sells and Brent Rector.
ATL Developers Guide (2nd ed) by Tom Armstrong, - good reading i think
"Professional ATL COM Programming" Richard Grimes ISBN 1-861001-40-1
would have been nice if gurus in the list could review books and their
contents -
probably would correct issues in it and would also be good discussion
