Thankx eveyone. DCOM to DCOM call works fine. Somehow DCOMCNFG was missing
in my machine. I have copied from other m/c and it works fine. OLE View is
    also a good alternative itseems.

In Windows XP and beyond, DCOMCNFG brings up the COM+ Explorer (which
functionally supercedes DCOMCNFG itself). But as people have told you,
it comes with Windows 2000. If you do not have it, someone has erased
    it.
