    Hi Blesson,

    .tlb file contains only signature of functions which com server is exposing.
    So to compile client u have to include tld file in u'r client no need of
    header file of COM server. But at client side u need to install proxy stub
    dll at client machine and configure DCOMCNFG utility for COM SERVER at
    client side.
