    Hi all,
    I just found out that the code I am looking at is an
    implementation of RFC 1583. The part I asked about is
    mentioned in Section 16.1 point (4).
    Here is the reference

    If you notice this point, there is a mention for
    ABR,ASBR and Transit Network. What has to be done in
    case the Router is not any of these three is not
    clear.Can someone throw some light on this?
