    Hi,

    Would somebody please tell me that why the SPF based protocol is named Open
    SPF? Does it mean that the SPF algorithm used in this protocol has some
    additional "open" characters?

    Just have a check to confirm that I haven't missed any important point after
    reading through RFC2328 :)
