    Gurpreet-

I have implemented the OSPF Database Overflow extensions in my
GPL OSPF software, and I also usually implement it in my employer's
products. I think that it's a nice knob to have, because you never
know when you have to interoperate with a box that can be configured all
to easily to import the entire Internet routing table into OSPF -- which
can be a real problem if you don't have enough memory in your device.

That said, I don't know of any other vendors who implement the Database
    Overflow extensions.
