    Suresh,

     I think Manoj is asking about the draft katz-yeung,
     which does use the remote interface IP address.

     Manoj, do not take my answer as final, but my recollection
     is that this TLV is included whenever the remote IP is
     known for the advertising router, regardless of the link type.
