    Hi All,
    it is the second time I have got the following error on Win2K.
    For reasons that I cannot explain the Smart Card Resource Manager Service
    got corrupted. In the list of the service installed I can find only the
    following entry :
    NAME : Smart Card
    DESCRITION : Manages and controls access to a smart card inserted into a
    smart card reader attached to the computer.
    STATUS : none
    The service is not started! I try to start the service but I got the error
    1068.
    I have seen on the others PCs nad there I can find two services "Smart Card"
    and "Smart Card Helper". I have tried to re-install the Resource Manager,
    but the situation don't change.
    How can I restore the Smart Card Resource Manager Service on my workstation?
    To start the Smart Card service, it is necessary to have Smart Card Helper
    installed?
