    I don't understand why the SmartcardDeviceControl returns the huge ULONG
    value (0x85ddc8a8) in the Irp->AssociatedIrp.SystemBuffer in response to
    the IOCTL_SMARTCARD_GET_STATE. The DDK says it should return one of
    SCARD_XXX.

    What am I missing?
