    Hi,

    I am monitoring the status of a smart card reader with
    SCardGetStatusChange to detect card insertion/removal.
    If I call another SCard function in the main thread while
    SCardGetStatusChange is executing in the "monitoring"
    thread, the function called in the main thread fails or
    returns corrupted data. Is it possible that the Microsoft
    PC/SC libraries are not thread-safe?
    What can I do to avoid this problem?
