This error is so generic that nobody will be able to help you with the
info below.
You need to give more details, like a copy\paste of the SCardTransmit
call that explains how all the parameters are set.

Thanks everybody,I was able to find out the dll and carry out the des
operations successfully. I got ScardTransmit error(0x57) or 87(Dec)
which
the parameter is incorrect as I found from winerror.h and I searched for
any other info for the same in SmartCardSDK where I found mismatch of
actual buffer size and bufferlength may cause this error,I checked both
my
send and Recieve buffer size and it length are not a problem.but still
the
error Persists. Pls acn anyone give me a helping hand.Thanks in advance
