SCardControl and memory Card

Hi everyone,
As I want to have a communication with a memory card (GPM2K or SL4442), I
need to send a command to the reader.
The command is sent with SCardControl.
In this case, I want to use VB. Then I need to know the real value for
IOCTL_TRANSPARENT.
In C++ somewhere in this discussion group Mohame SADIQ said we have to
declare
#define IOCTL_TRANSPARENT SCARD_CTL_CODE(0x800)
I didn't find the real value or the way to caculate it.
