There was a typo in the initially released version of
NetBSD-SA2000-017.txt; the problem described in the advisory was
corrected on the netbsd-1-5 branch on 2000/12/09, not 2000/10/09.
The version on the netbsd ftp site, at:
ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/misc/security/advisories/NetBSD-SA2000-017.txt.asc
has been updated and re-signed.

NetBSD-current dated from before that date should be upgraded to
