Section 4.2 Documentation
Yes.
The man pages for the library functions, toolkit library functions,
and the command-line interface should also include the same BSD license.
Any of the documentation provided to be included along with the source
should be available at least the same.
By the way, I will be glad to assist you with writing man pages and other
docs.
