I think your referring to Netect, and agent based IDS/Scanner. The web
page is http://www.netect.com. The company is Israeli, but I believe they
now have a Boston office open. I have never looked at it in depth, so
really can't give an opinion. However, their webpage seems to explain it's
purpose etc.
