Minor administrivial note: I travel a lot, and sometimes the
quality of my telecom is bad, the amount of sleep I have had
is insufficient, or I am just too burned out to manage the
list. In those cases, the list may fall silent for a day or 2. Don't
be alarmed! :) I will drain the queue as soon as I can, and I
hope you'll forgive the occasional delay.
