Wow. If you leave out all those things, what's left?
The purpose of a firewall is to implement a security policy, usually
protecting vulnerable hosts behind the FW.
You evidently are interested in facts in only one tiny little area, and
since you've explicitly ruled out everything that's especially important
to firewalls it's really not clear what area you _are_ interested in.
Are you sure it belongs on firewall-wizards?
