The fact that they haven't been certified tells me they weren't willing
to pay upwards of $40,000 to have ISS run against their product. Sure,
ICSA does "other tests" above and beyond running ISS but they never
(to my knowledge) have enumerated them. There are lots of other holes
in the notion of certification of firewall products, which have been
enumerated elsewhere.
Back when I used to work for firewall companies, I tried to get my
management to resist the ICSA marketing scam. It looks like it's been
catching on.

(Note: I don't particularly have anything personal against ICSA, I
just believe that what they are doing has no merit. Many of the
folks I know who work there are decent people.)
