Your command line client has no clue that it needs to do the transfer
using passive mode. If the client does not have a 'passive' command
get another one. 'quote' is not useful for this purpose.
What happens is that your client is waiting for a call from the
server, and the server is waiting for a call from the client. Nothing
happens.....
