FYI...to date I have received ~2,300 responses. ~40% of these have
indicated they would be willing to pay for additional services, ~60%
indicate they like things just the way they are.

I certainly would appreciate hearing from more of you. My goal is to get
a response from at least 50% of the 23,000+ subscribers to the list.

I would, however, ask that you respond to the original message (or this
one) as follows;

- Make sure your replies are going to Russ.Cooperrc.on.ca, and not the
list.
- Replace the subject line with your vote (Option #1, Option #2, Option
#3).
- Remove the original message from your reply please.
- If voting for Option #2, indicate whether you'd be a paying
participant or not.
- Feel free to add comments in the message body.

If you've already voted, there's no need to vote again (duplicates are
being checked for).

I am reading each and every message that included comments, and am
responding to those that asked questions. I currently have another 239
messages with comments to read, so if you haven't had a response, its
just due to volume (I'll get to yours).

I want to assure you all that your vote, and feedback, is extremely
important to me and is very much appreciated. I am not using any sort of
automated process for collecting the votes as I want to ensure that each
and every person who has offered some comment or asked a question gets
their opinion heard.

When this is done I will likely put up a web page that attempts to
summarize the views expressed by respondents. Its an
extremely enlightening and somewhat humbling experience to read through
your views, something I hope you all get to experience at some point in
your life.

Finally, let me emphasize that Option #3, Status Quo, is offered
honestly and sincerely. There is *NO* requirement for NTBugtraq
subscribers to pay anything to anyone to keep the list as it is (but
thanks anyway to those that offered). The question is whether you want
more from me, and if so, would you be willing to pay for it. Sorry for
any confusion I may have caused.
