Teardrop2 - still getting DNS bad packets

I am repeatedly getting bad DNS packets and Event Viewer shows
them as coming from 207.240.24.115.
I know about teardrop2 and my NT Server is patched, but it's annoying.
Can I do something about that somebody ?
If so, what ?
