User Manager Does Not Recognize February 2000 As a Leap Year When you set an account to expire on February 28, 2000, User Manager displays the following error: February only has 28 days in this year. February 2000 is a leap year and will have 29 days. To resolve this problem, obtain the hotfix referenced below, or wait for the next service pack.
