Agreed - however, this does lead me to suggest a feature for outlook.  It
would be nice if the app would warn users if they were sending an
attachment that was bigger than some configurable setting.  Say a default
of 1MB would be nice.

We had a user send a 16MB Powerpoint file one time, which then kept
bouncing, and it beat the poor sendmail daemon silly.  The admin was not
amused.  The user had no idea how big it was.
