Perhaps this is irrelevant, but it seems a bit odd to me, that if MS released the patch to Jscript/VBscript on 17 August, that if it's the newest version of the scripting engine, that when I attempt to install it, I wouldn't get "You already have a newer version of this file" on all the files that are in the upgrade patch.
