We use MS Proxy Server 2.0 in an NT 4.0 Server/Workstation environment.
For FTP to work properly, we had to install the MS Winsock Proxy Client on
each workstation and make sure it was enabled through the Control Panel. We
use WS_FTP Pro; however, we did not have to enable its options for use
through a firewall as the Winsock Proxy Client intercepts outgoing FTP
traffic and passes it through.
