I just tested this against the "full install" version of SP5 and produced
the same results, so I would say it is not limited to the "express install"
version.

        I don't know if this has been mentioned before, but yesterday I
downloaded
SP5 using "express install" from MS website. After applying it, I copied
some garbage into the clipboard, locked the workstation and then brought up
the unlock workstation box and was able to paste the text previously copied
into the password field. So it seems I will have to download the entire SP
in order to get rid of this annoying "feature". I think it would help
immensely if MS can disclose exactly what is NOT fixed when "express
install" is choosen.
